Richard's International Model Management was founded in Vancouver, Canada in May of 1982 by Richard Hawley and Gerald Brown. Richard started modeling in New Zealand at the age of 17 and continued to realize a very successful career throughout the world. This experience as an international model gave the agency a definite advantage in the market place, which remains to this day.

As our name implies we are in the business of professionally managing the careers of fashion models. Once the experienced team at Richard's agrees to represent a model, the model has immediate access to the invaluable contacts and networks that Richard's has developed over the years, both locally and internationally. It is of extreme importance that a model understands the significant role of their "Mother Agent". A Mother Agent is one who develops, educates, advises, manages and generally "watches out for" the models best interests so as to ensure that his/her career is maximized to it's fullest potential. This informed attention to detail has won the co-operation and respect of the most influential modeling agencies throughout the world including, I.M.G., D.N.A., WILHELMINA, KARIN, NEW YORK MODELS, 1 MODEL MANAGEMENT.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Richard's International Model Management is always looking for new models to represent. We are looking for all types and all ethnicities. Height and size standards are dictated by the industry. The general requirements are:

Women	14 to 22 years old	5’7” to 5’11”
Men	16 to 26 years old	5’11” to 6’2”

HOW TO SUBMIT

We require a selection of snapshots of you taken without make-up on. They do not have to be professional, regular snapshots or polaroids are acceptable. These include:

• Face with and without a smile.
• Full length body taken in bathing suit or shorts.
• Profile

To submit please include your name, birth date, measurements, and contact information with photos attached. Note: Save your photo files as jpegs, no larger than 1MB in size.

WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR INTERVEIW

Should you be contacted to come in for an interview, please bring pictures as described above. When coming in it is important to wear minimal makeup, simple clothes that show body proportion and your hair should be in its natural state.
